What kind of stupid mother fricker thinks there is no medium ground between no good and very good?

He was very productive on the ground, just under utilized. He wasn't a good fit at LSU.

there is no medium ground at one of the top football schools in the country. you are either elite, ok or neither. He was ok. Not great.

i think the cold is getting to you. do you even have a fricking tv in Alaska or just this site?

I just wonder when coaches or scouts are going to care about what a player says on twitter.

I don't know if they do now, but I hope not.

They definitely do.

And he was talking to a reporter during the A&M junior day when he said he rooted for A&M as his college team.

a&m can't even beat the 2 of the worst offenses in the SEC at home.. even with a heisman qb and NFL o line.

a&m is 0-2 against LSU since shep has been a tiger. i really find it fricked up what he said in the back half of his statement. shep went from this great ambassador/team guy at LSU to now giving recruiting pitches to a&m for all his texas bros.

undersized burners

He's not a burner. Not even the fastest player on the team. People think he's some kind of elite athlete like Peterson and Desean Jackson, he's not.

Russell Shepard ?@LSUShep10 I think Chip Kelly is going to the NFL... His scheme would be huge in the NFL

Chip Kelly already said he would have to tailor his scheme to the NFL. Some plays would work in certain situations, but it wouldn't be like at Oregon or in college football.

Sorry. I didn't know you didn't cradle over the shoulder passes which Shep dropped plenty of.

Dick move. Some players are disgruntled that they just didn't turn out as the all-star they thought they'd be. Shep didn't fit in at LSU, no need to talk up other schools

Hand in hand. Its still gonna be his scheme, like what Washington used in which Shep would do great in.

fine shep go to a&m where you still lose to lsu and ride the pine.
actually LSU caught A&M at the right time because had they played them towards the end of the season they may have gotten blowed out the way A&M closed out the year. But, yeah go head and dump on Shep for sayin fast, skilled type players comin out of HS,(like Percy Harvin and him) that can run and catch shouldn't go to LSU where they employ a 3 yard and cloud of dust offense that uses big backs and hardly throws the ball because they're liable to rot on the bench for 4 years!

I highly doubt unless Shep starts being used as a recruiter for A&M on a full time basis his statements will ever be used outside people on this message board from here on out

Come one. You have to be smarter than this. You don't think for one second that if LSU and A&M are recruiting the same guy that there is a 0% chance this gets mentioned in the coming year or so?

I think it will have absolutely no affect on any kid deciding between LSu and A&M. It's nothing but message board fodder.

Now we are talking about running with the ball instead of to the ball to catch punts and kicks? Will he be starting on the 50 to receive kicks?

As what? There's numerous guys in the draft who can do what Shep does except they can catch and run routes.

i guess that's one way to build up your mighty post count. If you can't back it up, be a brave poster and talk shite.

You ARE either elite, ok, or neither. Figure it out if you can.

Has nobody actually come to the realization that what he says is true? Every recruit from Texas considering LSU and A&M is gonna choose A&M from now on with Sumlin there. LSU's Texas ties are almost done.

i just think there is still a little lack of team unity or something with this squad. i am actually glad shep is leaving and i'm not being bitter about it. it's time for new leadership to take over.

getting all the hoopla and whatnot out the way.. i just hope we can have an off-season without some scandal or high profile player not being able to play for whatever reason. let all the team rules breakers and all the bitter players go. and get this offense gelling again!

Nothing to back up. I bolded the contradictions in your post.
