Why are these athletes even carrying guns? I feel as though CEH should be punished if the weapon wasn’t registered to him or if it isn’t legal for him to be in possession of.
Here’s a scenario for you. You daughter (if you have one) is alone driving your car. You keep a loaded pistol in the glovebox for protection (perfectly legal in most states). Some guy comes up to her window while she’s parked somewhere and pulls a gun on her. She manages to get your gun out of the glovebox and shoots the guy with it.
Should she be punished for being a minor in possession of a gun?

I'm not a pro gun guy but if someone is trying to rob you and points a gun of any type at you... what choice do you have

Go home dummy we dont register guns to people idiot
Posted on 12/22/18 at 8:57 pm to LSUstephen17
This is your thought process behind what happened, when it seems like the exact reason they used the gun is why you have them?
Are you going to slap someone when they hold a pistol up to your face to rob you?

Murder is already against the law. Maybe we should make that more significant of a crime and people will stop murdering.

You know what's even dumber than that? You jumping to the conclusion that they were carrying guns.

If Murder was not against the law you would have a lot more murders. The punishment it not as significant as it should be. You seem to struggle with thinking.

Don’t project your inferiority onto me. So you’re saying that only really bad people break laws already in place? Almost as if the laws are meaningless and criminals will commit criminal acts regardless?
Interesting.
Interesting.

You should learn the gun laws of the State before asking that.
1) He has a constitutional right
2) He has a Carry License
3) He doesn't have to register his guns
Why does every freaking liberal assume a gun owner is breaking the law? Oh wait I know. Like everything else they just go with emotion never letting the facts or the law get in the way.

Laws are not meaningless you seem to struggle with comprehension. If they had no meaning then some people would commit crimes with no regard to the law. Comprehension its your friend, take a class if you need to.

You’re too stupid to comprehend your own stupidity, let alone the nature of a criminal mind. Forgive me for trying to engage you. I forgot I was on tRant.

Depends how on the law. There a ton of data that suggests that prohibitory possessory laws are, at best, completely ineffective, and, at worst, actually increase the level of activity it attempts to prohibit.
