Just got back from watching the game. Quick question, was I oblivious or was that damn ump inconsistent as hell? It seemed that his strike zone moved every pitch!
The Tigers had great representation, felt like a home game....I caught a foul ball, and gave it to a young tiger fan!!

His zone sucked from the first pitch.

Yes, he was consistently inconsistent.

Was Moore really that big of a problem at 1st?
I didn't watch most of the game, but saw a few innings from my phone.
The 3 plays in question,
the flyball he "misjudged", is it possible he was gonna go back that way, but Katz called him off.
The play where he fielded the ball but Glenn didn't get over in time to get the throw?
And yes, the 1 ball he let get through was an error. Not a terrible game, unless there is more to it than that.

In what way?
Very shaky defensively and he struck out (which is rare for him)

He looked lost in the field. Just a bad day. He'll be fine

Ok, so its partially offensively, sounded like everyone was saying defensively . K'ing one time and people ready to bench him?

Ive cooled down since the game
He'll play vs RHP and i know he can hit, but defensively he cant play that bad against a good team.

Laird had an rbi groundout
Stevenson singled off the pitcher then got thrown out trying to steal.
Defensively neither were challenged but both were solid. Laird made a pretty nice play in the ninth.
