Ark still has the 5k which they usually score big points from the LSU women still have the HJ favorite

We desperatley need distance runners. Arkansas has an arse load of them and they have 4 that finish in the top 8 all the time and they get about 20 something points everytime. We need a few good runners to counter that in the future.

Unfortunately Louisiana isn't the ideal place for distance running....we get one or two good kids every few years... in college or high school

There's a fantastic distance runner in the state next year in Mia something. She's a sophomore, and she's already in the US top 5.She'd be a huge get for the ladies. There's also another fantastic pole vaulter in Morgan Leleaux

That delay probably didn't help, but it's strange for two guys on the same team to hurt themselves.

Yea, Malia Cali....unfortunately she is more than likely headed to one of the distance powerhouses... IE: Duke, Wisconsin, Oregon, Arkansas
