The afternoon games are not blacked out. Just the first two. Assuming the second two are on an ESPN network.

Vandy/UT
The first game is huge. Tennessee probably needs 3 wins to feel safe while Vandy is playing to solidify a 1 seed/national seed.
Arkansas/Texas A&M
Winner of A&M and Arky will feel completely safe I imagine. Both will be in IMO giving the SEC their most bids ever.
Alabama/Kentucky
I'll be asking all the Kentucky basketball and Alabama football fans here in West TN if they will tune into this one. Blank stares and looks of bewilderment will be tallied at the end of the day.
Kentucky could probably play their way to a 2 seed with some wins or more importantly the regional closer to home in Bloomington or Louisville instead of being shipped out west.
Miss State/UGA
UGA needs to put some wins together to get on the right side of the bubble and even then might need to rely on UT to go out early as well. tPOS said 11 bids more likely than 9.
Miss State would probably need to win the SECt to be in the discussion for a host. I see them going to South Beach for a regional.
