I look at it as there are 7 teams (LSU, Cal Poly, Washington, Louisville, Rice, Houston, Texas Tech) competing for 4 spots.

There aren't enough teams in different regions.
Cal Poly, Washington, Louisville and OK State are in great shape just because they are not in the south/southeast.

If we're counting on the Committee to give the SEC 5 hosts, I think we're screwed unless we convincingly get to Sunday.

I don't care how we played vs NWST and an Auburn team that quit 2 weeks ago. I'm just not so optimistic all of the sudden.

State has no chance but UF, OM, USCe, and Vandy will host before LSU as of right now.
