Watching other conference championships I think the sec should think about doing the same thing and allow it at the regular season champs stadium. That is the part of college football we all enjoy is being on campus for big games. Having it in atl every year is horrible. Thoughts?

I hate the idea of playing it at the regular season champs stadium.

I wish they would rotate it every year. I’d like to see the rotation be: Nashville, Atlanta, Dallas or Jacksonville and New Orleans

Aren’t the Big 10 and Big 12 at “neutral” sites?

I’m pretty sure the ACC is at a neutral site too. OP are you talking about the G5 championships?

Yes, it just like a business move to have it neural site rather than on campus.

Why Atlanta over the Dome? Just curious.

Maybe I didn’t clarify this correctly. I would like a rotating schedule like:

Year 1 - Atlanta
Year 2 - New Orleans
Year 3 - Jacksonville
Year 4 - Dallas
Year 5 - Atlanta
Year 6 - New Orleans

Etc.

No, i wasn't clear. Why was Atlanta picked by the SEC over somewhere like the Dome?

That’s why I say play it on campus to the winner in the regular season. It should rotate and you give a reward for winning the regular season with a home game an also an advantage of home crowd. The energy would trump anything we have seen in atl in my opinion.

I agree. I just wouldn't include Dallas in that list. Jacksonville... meh.

What do you do if Georgia and Bama we’re both undefeated?

It’s a dumb idea. Neutral site is the most fair.

Thier reasoning is that it’s a centralized location.
