Listening to that ending on the radio was wild. I couldn't understand how a bloop on the lf line scored a runner from first base until I finally saw footage of the USC outfielder running past the ball thinking it was foul.

so, if i'm following this bracket correctly, If LSU were to win out, they would not play a single prime time game?

Assuming the schedule isn't significantly affected by weather or other games running long, then this is true. Our latest start would be Thursday at 4:30. Pretty much the opposite of last year, when we were the 5 seed and had the late game every day we played.

You must have meant Friday.
ETA: If LSU wins out, looks like they'll have a break on Friday.

Looks like weather could screw with some of these Tuesday and Wednesday. Somebody's going to be playing really late into the night.

The league office's bracket is awful. Here is the one I make annually. I usually update and post on twitter.

We'd play at 4:30 PM in game 11 on Thursday if we win on Wednesday.

I would bet that Hess starts our first game.

Then, we're going Lange-Poche-Walker, if I had to bet.

I was wrong. It's been reported that Todd Peterson will start Wednesday. Then Lange-Poche-Walker.

Looking at the radar, it looks like the nasty stuff will miss Hoover to the south. Play ball!
