I know the wait is long...but can someone inform me on the process to begin to get in line for season tickets..and how much of a donation does it really take or do you recommend?
Am not in a rush but would like to have season tickets in a couple of years atleast.

Well lets just say if you make the $100 donation for 3.1 points a year then you'll be waiting many many years if you even get tickets at all.

Are you currently on the wait list? If not, if opens up again in January and stays open until March. There is a charge just to get your name on the list, but I'm not sure what it is. The crappy thing is that regardless of how much you donate, you will be passed up by anyone who donates more than you, regardless of how long you've been on the list.

Bama and Tenn, pay MUCH MUCH more than we do for tickets for sure.

10k to get on the list leaves most folks OUT. I wouldnt pay it regardless if I had it or not.

Never spoke directly to TAF, but with what I've gathered from others posting their ranks and priority point status, the 98% season ticket renewal rate that doesn't look like it's gonna lower that much, and the TAF donation increments, I did some rough math.....
Starting from scratch at this point, get ready to donate 15 to 20k to get the opportunity to purchase season tickets in the nose bleeds.
Best bet is to call TAF and see what it will take to get you in there when you are ready to drop the change if you need the tickets in your name.

It's pretty much impossible to get them right now.

We got them (East Upper) in 2004 after the 2003 national championship with only the $100 donation. No wait list. You don't have to go too far back. I can't believe how difficult it is now. I've considered dropping them since I live in Houston and have a 2.5 year old. But, seeing how difficult they are to come by, I am holding on to those suckers.
