A generous 4.5 right now. A good OC hire and that might go up to a generous 5.5.

I can't answer that without knowing who the OC is and how Orgeron handles him being the HC.
I could see a scenario where we get a talented offensive mind, he runs the offense, and Orgeron stays out of it. And then Aranda doing great things on the defensive side of the ball.
I could also see Orgeron hiring someone he doesn't know and doesn't fully trust and meddles again because things aren't the way he wants them to be. Then we have Matt Canada all over again.
