Totally disagree with all your statements. At least 4 SEC teams we played will have new coaches, possibly 5. The SEC is lower than its ever been. It’s insanely bad. And we’re still a 3-loss team. Ranked #18. Going to a meaningless bowl. The jury is still out on O. We’ll know more next year. If we’re grading on this year alone- total body of work- it’s average.

I agree. It absolutely is real and does...but it doesn’t matter when you play Troy. Coach O said as much in the postgame, taking personal responsibility. You can blame a loss to most SEC teams on all the things you mentioned. Not Troy.

Not really. Starting slow is a sign of not being well coached or prepared. I admit they have been great after getting down or coming out for the 2nd half after a slow start against a bad team, minus a couple, but they shouldn't have to first suck to start using motivational tactics. It's a sign that energy matters more than true preparation and focus, which isn't a good sign when you are trying to build a championship team.
