The OP is a fricking tard. He didn't quote Miles directly out the Advocate article. He threw in a couple of extra "wants" in there to try to be funny. What a douche.
quote:
“I want to play young players,” Miles said. “I want those young players to recognize there’s a responsibility to play at a high level. … There’s a different quotient here. We have to be best. We have to be better and certainly that first snap that you take is important to which to judge you.

I'll buy that. Why couldn't he just have said it that way?

I'm missing something, are you implying Les Miles could be president?

I know the coach speak from Les blows y'all's minds but all that means is the Freshman aren't showing him enough to play them. The ones that do, play i.e: Downs, Randle and Shepard. It really isn't that difficult to understand.
112th out of 120!

IMO, he tries way too hard to choose his words carefully. I'm sure he wants to challenge some of the young players, but doesn't want to imply that any player that didn't play wasn't working hard enough.

That is from Miss South Carolina several years back right? Loosely paraphased?

keep this shite on the poli board. the sky is falling on the rantards already, don't need more disarray.

Don't read the original quote. The OP edited that shite himself and put words in Miles' mouth. I posted the actual quote and if you can't understand it you're a fricking moron.

sad thing is, mindless blabbering like that wouldnt surprise me at all from les

It's not coach speak, you idiot. It's incoherent drivel. Meaningless combinations of words that don't go together. The fricking moron cannot form a fricking sentence. Even Curley Hallman was a better communicator than this idiot.

What part of his quote meant that? Which words conveyed that idea?

This part...
“I want those young players to recognize there’s a responsibility to play at a high level. … There’s a different quotient here. We have to be best. We have to be better and certainly that first snap that you take is important to which to judge you."
It's pretty obvious.
