Yes, I setup a new traditional IRA account this year and contributed $6,000 to it for 2019. When you fund the account, your broker's site will ask what year you are contributing for.
Too bad it's not a white jersey with black pants.
Yes, that's what the second link is about.
Help needed in New Orleans for Houston family
Posted by jimwill on 7/28/17 at 12:05 pm
The daughter of one of our neighbors here in the Houston area nearly drowned over a month ago, and they are planning to move her to New Orleans for Hyperbaric therapy at LSU Health School of Medicine. They consider the doctor there to be the best in the world for these treatments.
The family is asking for support -- a place to stay in New Orleans for a few months, among other things. Here's a portion of a post from their Facebook page:
"We are now working on the logistics of moving Tati to New Orleans for treatment which should last about 2 months.
We need to find a place to stay in New Orleans for 2 months that will not break the bank...anyone know anyone with a spare room or two?
We need to figure out transportation. She may have to be moved by ambulance, possibly by car or by air. If we are allowed to take her by car, then we'll need to trade in one of our cars for a mini van.
We also need to find an inpatient rehab facility that will allow Tati to leave for 2-3 hours every day for HBOT. If not, we may have to opt for an outpatient facility...this may be a good choice anyway since the HBOT clinic only recommends PT/OT twice a week in order for Tati to be well rested for her HBOT treatments.
We will probably also need to find a part time nurse to come by daily for a couple of hours to help us take care of Tati's medical needs...especially when only one of us is there with her. All of this is quite overwhelming and scary, but we'll take it one day at a time and with God's guidance."

Ingram on sidelines?

My neighbor tells me that Ingram has not been at the last two games. I say BS. Has anyone seen him on the sidelines?

one of the best "plays" I ever saw was a ball get loose on while LSU was on defense while the clock was ticking down the half...
I would love to see a video of that play, but I haven't been able to find it. I can't remember who we were playing, but it was a road SEC game. I recall that the inbound pass was up high, and cj pretended to give up on it, which caused the defender to stop running. Then cj sprinted for it and hit an amazing 3 pointer. The crowd gave him a standing ovation.
re: Is there any footage of the LSU win at A&M? I wanna say Walker hit GS HR?

I haven't found footage yet, but here's a recap:
LSU cruised by Long Beach State in its opening game of the College World Series, setting up a premier matchup with top-seeded Texas A&M. The Aggies jumped out to an early 7-2 lead.
However, the Tigers erased the deficit and grabbed a lead of their own capped by Armando Rios' RBI single in the eighth. LSU held a 9-8 advantage in the frame when Walker stepped to the plate with the bases loaded against A&M ace reliever Chris Clemons.
Walker, who was still looking for his first hit of the CWS, launched perhaps the most memorable homer of the tournament with a grand slam that carried beyond the left-center field wall to give the Tigers the lead for good at 13-8.
As he rounded the bases and touched third, he pointed to the stands to his father, which remains a moment Walker says he will never forget.
"It was one of the biggest moments for me," Walker said. "My dad doesn't really get into a lot of sports, so to see him react like he did was special."
