It will be very telling as to where he transfers

Really appears to be another case of a high profile recruit not liking that he is down on the depth chart.

Luckily for us, CB is by far our deepest position.

Both Belichick and Carroll have much better resumes than Orgeron. None went from failed head coach of a shite program

The fact of the matter is, They both failed. They were both fired. They both got another opportunity and succeeded. You guys point is O should not have been hired, he will fail because he has never succeeded. You may be right. However, you theory is wrong. It's happened with a number of coaches before.

The point is, you can bitch all you want. He is the coach. He will either succeed or fail. Your statements about him will either succeed or fail. You rather him fail and you be right or succeed and you be wrong? Bitching about it today isn't changing anything and you are NOT making any difference.

It must be depressing to have your outlook for LSU sports

what do you mean? Baseball is obviously good. Basketball made a nice hire. Alleva just botched the football hire by hiring someone no one else in the nation would have hired for the head gig in a power conference.

Can't help you if you don't know the differences between those interim situations and actually running and maintaining a program

No, you just can't give one single example.

You want to keep using the bullshite argument so you have to say what you do above. Give a few examples - according to others the two are nothing alike so it should be fairly easy and quick to do.

Congrats on the high school accomplishments.

I'm glad more people are taking into account the amount of pure fricking trash that's posted on this board now

It's basically become the political talk of football

for thinking Orgeron was a bad hire?

Let me ask you... what makes Orgeron a good hire?

This one hurts, but you know it's because there's better guys ahead of him, but why couldn't he wait his turn?

This. If he wants to play "now" the transfer makes no sense because he will have to sit out a year. Does he really believe he won't be a starter in 2018? If he is convinced of that, who does he think will start ahead of him? I'm thinking there is something more to the story.

Wow, you sound pretty smart. Please explain what a regular full-time head coach does that an interim does not do. I'm sure there are so many differences it shouldn't take but a few seconds to just name the biggest differences. I eagerly await your response. Thanks in advance.

For one, plan for the program's future, not just the interim contract. That includes a hiring plan, recruiting (not just for the next season), PR, working with the university, etc..

I haven't seen one person bitch about Will Wade

Let me pose this question to the board.. If Ed Orgeron was from Gary, Indiana, would he be the head coach at LSU right now?
