He thinks he is above criticism and fair play. Him taking the stand may be a huge misplay on his part. His arrogance will hopefully be his downfall.

I’m not a lawyer. I don’t think he can just elect to not take the stand right? It’s not a criminal trial.

Well to succeed in this kind of lawsuit, the underlying facts surrounding the allegations have to be true. It is the essence of this kind of civil action.
I don't believe what the SEC is accusing LSU and CLK of is true.
The NCAA precipitated the lawsuits by the players. If it succeeds you have to be willing to take eligible players.
