You can have fantastic intrasqauds all day every day but have to hit when it counts. I hope to see a fantastic turnaround on beam next season, otherwise they jumped the gun on hiring a very inexperienced coach.

Not pointing the finger to individual gymnasts or anything but I feel no one made progress on beam this season outside of Bridge Dean. Everyone else was much more erratic, competing with little confidence across the board.
I just expected so much more for a team that returned 5/6 routines and had kids like Alyona and Dunne available this year.
If we make it out tonight, Jay may need to think about Alyona moving forward.
They aren't gonna throw Dunne out in this environment because she literally has no experience.

It will be interesting to see if they do make it tomorrow, if they will put Alyona in. Hope so!

Say what you want about these Mormons. But they are a clean people. I’ve watch multiple Utah state fans bring their concessions trash back upstairs when done.

Haleigh's beam score was lowered .150 to a 9.225

I might would even put alonya in haleighs place since that is just not her best event.

Dunne is actually LSU's best freshmen beamer but I guess its not meant to be this year

This meet is giving me a heart attack. Glad Reagan could hit one of her best routines of the season when it counted. Hope we can pick it up for the rest of the meet and be solid.

You can’t make too many changes in the lineup at this point. Alyona has been shakey on beam with all of her skills this season. Just tiny little checks here and there throughout her routine that will add up in post season. Dunne should have been the freshman that was prepped for this event in post season but that remains a mystery.
