Saban retired when 70 players came into his office after the Rose Bowl last year and demanded more money and playing time.

Because he has a lot of Saban’s recruits. Wait until he loses all of them. I don’t think he’s as good as they think. He’s probably better than BK though.

BS!! Saban quit because he could no longer stack the deck and maintain a competitive advantage! He paid players, he knows he paid players, and because they are Bama the NCAA always looked the other way! F Saban and his Moral High Ground line of Crap!

But at first he lied and said NIL had nothing to do with why he retired, then few weeks later in an interview he admitted NIL was the reason he retired. Typical Saban…interesting that it’s the exact same way he quit on LSU. He lied and told the players he wasn’t leaving, then boards a plane with them shortly after headed to Orlando for Cap One Bowl. Team goes to check in their rooms and Saban goes to hotel’s conference room where he tells the media he’s taking the HC job with the Miami Dolphins.

College football has become a coaching nightmare.

What do you expect when LSU Marketing promotes the rap song “Set it Off” to be played at homecoming? A song by Boosie Aka Torrence Hatch who’s a known murderer from BR but has to live and hide in the suburbs of Atlanta. LSU helped create this culture. They’re trying too hard to attract the kids that come from the streets in a negative way. If you look around though, that’s the kids dominating CFB etc.,

Another example of poor culture, Kiren Lacy pretending to point a gun at a USC player and gets a unsportsmanlike penalty. Extremely embarrassing for LSU. Did BK punish him enough? He should have been suspended for at least 3 games for that. If he had done that at a high-school where I live, he would have been at least suspended. They have a zero tolerance policy for any type of violence verbal, physical etc.

I’ve seen folks criticize Texas A&M for their boring, cult-like culture and they refuse to change it just to attract certain types of players, but they’re having a better year than LSU with a brand new coach. We will see how long it last.

Saban quit because he no longer could have better second team players than most teams starters. He was always playing with a stacked deck and it was over and he knew it. Had nothing to do with not being able to handle the players through the NIL space.

Hmmm that’s exactly what Bear Bryant did and one reason the NCAA implemented recruiting rules and scholarship limitations. He would recruit kids he knew he was never going to play and have them ride the bench just so no other team could recruit them. Alabama’s legacy is mostly built on BS fraud and cheating. Oh and fake titles. Lol
