It was known as Forced Sex University and the Criminoles long before Jimbo showed up. He tried to act with a little dignity during the stupidity and crime sprees of Winston. The system was in place to take it light on athletes that broke laws. Publicly at least, Jimbo did not encourage this, nor did he overreact and punish kids before the investigations ran their course.
I also have to give props to the poster that said Jimbo's wife is the one leaking. It made me laugh.
