A good story for you. You have probably heard how much your players, coaches and fans enjoyed the food outside the stadium. Well, before the Saturday game a pitcher was one of several UCLA players and fans that stopped by the tailgate where I was. There is no way I can remember his name but I got the impression that he never expected to see the mound that game because he ate so much food. He must have had 5 bowls of jambalaya and other good stuff. Anyway, wouldn't you know it? He came in late in relief! It was hot as hell and my buddies and I could not believe that he didn't hurl.

Which LSU player was it that had words for the UCI player later in the game? Was it Ochinko?

We could read Michael Hollander's lips, in Game 3 I believe, when the 3rd base faked like he was chasing a loose ball while he had it in his glove.... "Frickin figs!"
