Apparently you missed RP's game against Eastern KY where he threw 5 interceptons

You people are clueless if you think the offense lost this game for us. I agree 2 int. did'nt help but we did put up 497 yards of offense. Our Def. just could not keep us in the game. We can win with this offense and QB if the def. will stop the opponents. Our def. backs lost this one.

Could we have put up more then 50 with Ryan as the QB??
Probably.

I say they don't return 2 INT's for TD's with RP at QB.

So we likely would not have needed 50 to win.

The Defense would likely have been on the field a lot less this season with him at QB.

How? The offense goes right back on the field after a pick 6.

I gotta say there is much truth in what you say. The defense is completely over matched. They evidently were nothing close to expectations. Some is chronic confusion, some just getting one's A$$ whipped play in and play out. Embarrassing really.

How will LM respond to an impotent D? I feel more blow out losses and an "upset" to Troy or Tulane. Geezus.

idiotic response. When you have a great QB it makes the defense better, keeping them off the field.

How many games would RP have been suspended for already?

That question should keep this one from ever coming back.

Would Ryan have thrown 5 pick 6's in 4 games?

The loss of any qb with two years in the system and the amount of plying time RP had-yes, a hell of a loss for a big time football team. The table was well set for RP to be "the man" this and next year-he couldn't handle himself and he lost A HELL OF A CHANCE as well as LSU lost a qb that they had time and experience invested in.

Given his past at LSU, I feel that it's safe to assume he might not have played in 4 games.

The only thing we miss is the reps Lee and Hatch should have gotten if the thug had been kicked off the team sooner.

Signing him was the "problem". He behaved pretty much as advertised, an out of control teenager. No moral compass. Too bad.

Remind again, exactly what RP did that probably 50% of all teenagers do?

Again.. how is this? Lee's pick 6's put the offense right back onto the field.
