He could maybe play safety in a dime package, but he'd get trucked in regular formations.

The NFL isn't the easiest stage try and learn CB either.

I think his best chance is to return kicks and carry the ball 5-8 times a game.

I wish him the best at whatever he does.

Nope. He is not and will not be a DB in the NFL. Certainly not used right here at LSU and just a tad over-rated. He'll get a look or two or three though.

He would definitely have to put on some weight to play safety..his tackling on special teams was impressive this season, should be an interesting transformation..GL SHEP

Shep couldn't be worse than Danny McCray and McCray is starting.

Shep actually had some big hits and tackles on special teams. he was better on teams than on offense by miles

I always wondered why Les didnt at least try him at safety. In fact thats what most schools were recruiting him for.
