I don't think they are major infractions, but I also think his situation is different because of his past. His problems at A&M were pretty significant infractions though.

Missed practice and team photo. Logic dictates that he is not with the team at this time.

Oh for sure. He doesn't deserve the benefit of the doubt and I think Kelly is proving that to him be keeping a tight leash. Hopefully as time goes on, that culture begins to set in more and more and the kid can get his head on straight.
