Nice to have leadership now in place with a backbone who will fight for LSU, ignore media bullshite, and not bow a knee to the SEC like their predecessors would have. LSU sports is in good hands.

Love Verge, and I wouldn’t use this word to describe him, but Finebaum was right that he’s basically a puppet. He has very little power when it comes down to issues on this level.

Yup. No way Verge or Lane is pulling the strings here. It’s Rousse, BoS, and the guv. SEC continues to FAFO they will find out first hand that they don’t want to mess with Louisiana politics. At this point, this fiasco has entered the political realm.
