Maybe? Maybe his momma found out he had fricked up his security deposit by painting his room purple and gold and putting holes in the walls for his punching bag......so today he is repainting the room in that silly neutral grey tone every apt uses and refloating the walls where he put holes in it?

Of all the possible outcomes, the one where LSU gets in the most serious trouble is the least likely to happen. If the compliance dept. caught on to Hicks, you know damn well they would have been monitoring Shep.
The only bad outcomes could be ...that Shep is ineligible for the season or a few games (possible) and has to pay back money (Dwayne Jarrett) or if a booster was paying, LSU has to forfeit games and gets slammed by the NCAA
Odds are given the compliance situation at LSU and what we know of SHeps character that these will not happen.
Most likely, LSU is making sure the situation is ok prior to the season starting and little or nothing will come out of it.

everyone's so worried about not seeing shep in a lsu uniform this year. that's the least of my worries.

ECA is $3995 a semester for a 2 bed 2 bath. The cost per month is higher in comparison to the same type of unit at The Venue.

Yeah its possible. But long does it take to gather that stuff. Like 5 minutes? If that was all that was needed, it would have been resolved already.

My thoughts exactly. The hicks situation has been looming for 2 years. LSU compliance office should be on top of it especially with a high profile guy like RS.

Nah, it would probably go through levels of the AD. It's not as simple as showing receipts and being good to go.
The only way LSU will be in serious trouble is if someone else is paying for the housing. What would you put the odds at that this is occurring?
