Rantknocker Pump Lumps all excited.
The guy seems to be a winner. Played college ball in the SEC, then played a few snaps in the NFL.

Mike Zimmer took this dude straight out of the HS coaching ranks and then Brian Kelly hires him a year later. That is pretty interesting.
While interesting, he took a private HS and turned them into a regional Juggernaut in just a few short years, all while in his late 20’s.

LSU is NOT the place for OTJ Training with inexperienced coaches. (Haven't we just been through this?) So, we be trading one NFL DB Coach from the Vikings, turned In Over His Head SEC DC, for an inexperienced Assistant Special Teams Coach from the Vikings that was a High School coach just 2 years ago?
Surely you understand that there is a difference between having a first time dc and oc and hiring a defensive assistant that’s only coached in the nfl and high school right?
The dude is gonna be one of about 8 defensive coaches , not calling plays

The dude routinely makes up stupid arse words and phrases. His grammar is the least of his worries.

Sounds like he is a guy in the upswing. National coach of the year straight to the NFL. Some very successful coaches have moved from HS to college assistants to excellent HCs, Art Briles and Jeff Traylor at UTSA just to name a few. Hopefully, he has the energy and drive to keep moving up the ladder.

Having a 31-12 coaching record with two state titles in four years before the age of 30 says a lot.
