Since the SEC is going to comply with court rulings and is unable to enforce its rules, is he going to be able to play?

As it stands, I’d say there’s still more up in the air for basketball since there is more time until the season starts for an updated court ruling

The SEC has to comply with court orders until a motion to stay is granted. However, I don't believe the Luis case includes the SEC, so Luis still can't be rostered based on the SEC rule.
