I didn't see the video, but from what I understand he was fighting 4-5 other young men. Was it verbal or physical? Will all be charged with accessory to murder? If I am one of those young men I go straight to BRPD to tell everything I know to get myself off the hook.

That's what this sleep deprived mind meant. LEOs and Attorneys in NOLA (even though the shooter stayed at scene of the crime) stayed on point until they gathered enough evidence to get a conviction.

As is stating it was at Subway, don't you think?
If you look at this satellite picture, the grass is by the street, not anywhere near the actual Subway, as video shows parking spots, not the restaurant. And if you look even closer, a Baptist and a Catholic student center are both located on same side of street as Subway. Are these NOT part of SU campus?
Shooting happened almost right across from SU's football stadium. And yes, I agree that SU shouldn't be linked to the shooting but neither should Subway.

They have to have a name of the suspect by now. There are 4-5 people in the video that I’m sure know who the shooter is.
