NCAA usually doesn't budge on issues like this. I hate it for Fulton because he has a future in the pros and his development is being hindered a great deal.

NCAA may not have an option. Fulton has lawyered up, and some of the NCAA basis for suspension are iffy at best. Should know something by the end of the summer, but this will be a judge ruling and not an NCAA decision before it's all said and done.

Didn't the kid that transferred from lsu to Alabama get busted for the same thing and he is eligible to play this year?

Not exactly. Failing an NCAA mandated drug test and turning in an "altered" sample are two different penalties.
