I know of ivy league weightrooms where the klickers do 315...and yes, the DBs too.

Not sure about that. I was an outlier when it comes to kickers. Most guys I knew kicking were in the 255-265 range for power clean in college. Now, some of the punters could throw down pretty good. Forget it with corners, although I'd been interested to see PP7 lift. Safeties? Yeah. The upperclassmen where right around Ricky.

But, the sh!t talked to guys on the team when a kicker throws up 315 gets pretty funny.

No I was on the wall for being an Iron Tiger(award given to a member from each team for being the best in the weightroom and conditioning) Is that funny? I only pulled out that line to out douche Cpt

Isn't a sign of intelligence the ability to decipher and understand languages, code or inscriptions one does not speak or know? Does one's inability to understand indicate the lack of intelligence of the one communicating?

The kickers were at about 200 max my years But they were extremely small. Josh was the biggest one

Safeties? Yeah
Steltz was up there but I am not sure if he actually hit 315

I just dont understand why so many people hate giving credit to an LSU athlete. It is like some of our fans have to try and be cool by downplaying everything. It is pretty unique to our fanbase too. If you look at gumps or Aubies they splooge on themselves with every detail. We are like Debbie Downer as a fanbase

It all depends. We had one guy that was 5'6", 145, and he was doing about 200. Most guys kicking are in the 175-180 range. I gained 30 lbs while in S&C and was at 215 by the end. Total outlier.

Little man syndrome. Our fanbase reeks of it. Saban called us out on it after being here less than a year but we're still at it 15 years later.

Bro I'm gonna summarize a typical day for the ot. I'm not sure about the average day for the tiger rant posters that post only on the rant

Wake up at 4am. Do some roids

Lift at 5a-7am
On average our back squats are 325 kilograms, front squats at 300 kilos. Clean and jerk 170 kilos. 155 kilo snatch. 370 kilo deadlifts.

From 7am-9am we run 25 100 meter sprints. Then 10 400 Meter sprints our times range from 45-447 seconds.

Get a tan at 930 then go to work. We all average 12 million a year.

We work from 1030, lunch at noon. Get in the office at 2. Work til 3. Then we board our jet to go running with the bulls. Then we repeat this every day.

Not to be rude but I think a 315 power clean may be too much for a pk. Too much can also be a drawback.

I just think kickers could spend more time kicking than putting that much emphasis on that lift. Just my opinion

You can only kick so much. Early on, I would kick so much that my leg had no life in it by the end of the year. My left knee would also give me trouble because of the constant pounding. Then, working through drills gets boring......

Well, then the volleyball team works out in the afternoon.....

I don't get it either. Like yesterday when those 40 times were released, a bunch of people were like no way!!!

As if donate Jackson didn't run a 10.2 100m

I wonder how many people would believe that joe barksdale squatted 700lbs?

And don't even get me started on trey Quinn. It's like people are actually rooting against him.
