Why do you think that you are the world's foremost expert on everything to do with working out? You really come off as the biggest fricking douchebag on this site.

You posted a couple of pics(back only for some reason..you have gyno bro?) and you aren't even very big for someone who talks so much shite.

You're the one claiming awards and status. I havent claimed anything. But keep projecting, clown. People that project are usually honest and truthful.

Not really.

You saying crap like this is you trying to show how billy bad arse you are. And how wrong you are. A DB doing 315 is going to have any weightroom across the nation going nuts because it is special

We're you a FB player and if so what position?

Just curious. Obviously you aren't trolling.

Another reason why many guys can't always clean a huge amount of weight is due to improper coaching at the high school level.

It takes a lot of time perfecting the proper movement patterns. It takes even more time correcting the movement patterns for those complex movements.

I only feel confident learning these movements if I can find an Olympic weightlifting coach.

Better than me? Because you can lift more weight supposedly?

That you put that much self worth in how much weight you can lift or how big you are further prove what an absolute fricking tool you are. You are so diesel bro. What a fricking joke you are.

I played tennis and we worked out with the football team alot of the time and our trainer would constantly have us watch them for form on certain lifts. And max days was one of my favorite days in the weightroom. The place was absolutely insane Anytime 300 was put on the bar for a power clean for a db the place would get rowdy, much less 315. I will say what my lifting numbers were so some people can have some perspective:

I weighed 170 and lifted and was considered a lean strong guy, but not a beast by any means. But my power clean max was 255 and our trainer was extremely pleased at that for a person who wasnt a power lifter or a football player. So all these people claiming how easy 250 is and blah blah blah are so full of shite

Sure you do...

You are a walking, breathing example of insecurity. People that are secure with who they all do not feel the need to demean people in every conversation they are involved in but whatever makes you feel better chief.

I mean I was very excited about it, but according to Cpt I am a peasant Anyway, squatts and cleans are two lifts that tennis players actually go heavy on. Andre aggassi could squat over 500(according to some rumors). I think Murray can beast some squatts too

When I was powerlifting at lsu moffitt allowed us in the stadium for like 2-3 years. I think the baseball players accused us of taking protein drinks out of the fridge then we got kicked out.

This was early 2000's say Ryan thomassie (spelling may be wrong) in there a lot. Depending on the year sometimes I would see football players. Usually it was basketball and baseball I saw in there

This happens every year around this time. The entire site is littered with 400+ benchers, sub 4.6 40s, and now apparently 315 power cleans.

I'd be willing to bet 95% of the people who post here would touch 250 sitting on the ground and say "yeah, F' that". You'll find people romanticize about their glory days. That 365 bench they bounced off their chest and needed a spotter for the last few inches has morphed into 405 for a clean 2 reps 10 years later.
