Revelry game day tailgate spot questions for those that have used them

Looking for some answers from those that have booked a tailgate spot w/Revelry Tailgate. How many hours before kickoff do they open the spots? Will they hold tailgate items, while you attend the game? How efficient was the bellhop service?
TIA
TIA

I emailed similar questions to them and they didn’t respond. So I didn’t use them for Tennessee. If you can’t respond to a potential customer email, the customer service is probably lacking.

running into the exact same issue. I've called/e-mailed/messaged for over 3 weeks and no response. I even called/talked to 3 different people in the LSU Ath. Dept., and they couldn't give me answers.

Usually opens up at 7AM regardless of kick-off time. They’ll hold your items, but won’t take liability for anything stolen from your tailgate. Bellhop is hit or miss depending on time, how packed it is etc.
Overall it’s a pretty cool experience. They have cornhole boards set up throughout and you can meet some interesting folks. Definitely still bring your own food and any specialty drinks you may want.

We’re from out of town and use them because it’s simple and easy. They’ve been outstanding to work with.
I do know that they already have like 80 tents for Ole Miss & 95 for BAMA.

We attended one briefly last Saturday for the TN game. It was a friend of mine that was hosting a bachelor party. Really my group just met at their spot and left our ice chest while we went to the game. The guys that stayed at the tailgate had food delivered, brought their own drinks. They supplied cornhole games, TV, sofas and the tent. Pretty sweet set up on the quick; but they paid pretty good for it.
