Let's see this kid hired a civil lawyer correct?
That means only one thing. He wants to sue. He can't sue the players , because what exactly would he get? He is concentrated on suing LSU because an attorney can tie them to LSU. Such bullshite. Thank the Lord we have Fisher.

Just charge everyone with simple battery and be done with it. And by everyone, I mean both sides. Pay the fines, take a one game suspension and move along. this witch hunt attitude is damn ridiculous.

Imagine if they had to answer critics regarding the murder rate AND fricked this case up. I believe it may be slightly rediculous but if I sucked that bad at what I do, I would do my best to shine in the spotlight any chance I get.
