Drunk driving deaths are tragic, no matter how you look at it.
If you "have no sympathy" for such tragic deaths you are a hyper judgmental dick.
I hope these former Tigers rest in peace.
They died WAY too young...

Drunk driving isn't gonna gain my sympathy

Hey fricktard, if you can't compartmentalize the fact that drunk driving is bad, and someone dying too young is also bad, and that just because one caused the other doesn't make that loss any less of tragedy, then frick you, ya fricktard.

Would you have preferred him having a Big Mac addiction, and dying of clogged arteries at an early age, or would you have said "sorry, got no sympathy for fatasses".

Andolsek, Redden, & Pontiff come to mind first.

Also, although not a player, Head football coach Bo Rein was killed in a plane crash on a recruiting trip for LSU at age 34.

Never got to coach a game but looked to be a promising young coach that fans were excited about.

Toby Caston and Ralph Norwood. I believe there was a Dinardo guy who committed suicide.

Wasn't there a player from Shreveport that got paralyzed, maybe playing in the arena league, and later died? Probably from the DiNardo era.

Was he driving drunk or are you just assuming that because it was a 2 am car wreck?

Butch Duhe's death in August 1970 was quite the shocker...

He was highly intoxicated. Sorry but I can't feel bad for him. Guess I'm a dick.
