Regarding Sankey: There’s no such thing as bad publicity.

I’m sure we could just pay off the SEC and have this lawsuit dismissed, if we wanted to. But there’s a saying that there’s no such thing as bad publicity.

So in reality, Sankey is doing us a favor. I say we keep fighting him and his BS lawsuit. Even if we somehow lose it, I say we bring it to the Supreme Court.

Imagine how great that would be, if we brought this BS lawsuit to the Supreme Court and won. Our name would constantly be in the news and all of the top recruits would want to come here.

Hell, CLK may even end up being the commissioner some day.
