No way was LSU going to be allowed to walk out of there with a W. Dreadful officiating last night. Very well timed bad calls too.

I thought the EXACT same thing. No way they would let LSU win. Such a familiar movie. So corrupt.

I'm proud LSU didn't just lay down. We were in it the whole game and nobody expected us to be

Timing is absolutely everything.

Unless it’s blatant, they normally don’t call those penalties in Hail Mary situations. Because everyone holds and pushes.

Come on! We all hate Bama and have had bad calls, but get real. The refs had 2 golden opportunities to gift wrap the game for Bama late with 2 calls & didn’t. The overturned fumble by Max and the non-call target on the Bama QB.

They easily could have kept that as a fumble on Max and easily could have called targeting, but didn’t. Not saying either would have been correct, but those were both huge plays that could have gone for Bama, but didn’t.

LSU lost. The refs didn’t give Bama the game.

Dumb. The refs made a really good call on that intentional grounding where the Alabama receiver was ineligible. That’s not a call that’s made if they’re on the take because no one would have noticed if they didn’t make it.

The Bama WR clearly had that guilty look going so it was the right call. Loved the IG call on us on a missed route and no QB pressure. Stuff of champion refs.

If we would have scored on the last play and would have lost because of that flag I would have broken the TV. Ref should have kept that flag in his pocket.

And.... There were several questionable targeting calls on Johnson last night that went uncalled.

The facemask was a legitimate call.

Still sucked though!

Not at all. That was a textbook non-targeting tackle. I love how the refs all conferenced around Saban to console him because there was no grayness there to even call targeting. “Sorry coach but even we can’t justify this one.” It was funny.
