Will give Lester credit where credit is due. Good thread and analysis. I agree with almost all of it.

Tigers showed their might,
Though victory was out of sight,
Still, they'll rise to new heights.

Good post Lester. Always knew you were a knowledgeable poster, you just use your talents for the dark side sometimes(contrarian).
Agree with most everything about the hitting. It will be interesting to see if Dugas continues to hit because if not Nippolt is waiting in the wings which obviously solidifies your defense even more.
For pitching, I think what is eventually going to happen is as Hurd gets more innings hes is going to end up swapping with Floyd. Floyd as a Sunday starter is pretty strong. If Grant would have never gotten hurt Floyd would have been a bullpen guy. This kind of made the staff adjusts things last minute.
And one point I would like to make and I know post analysis is fun. But we are way early in the season, coaches are still trying stuff that may not seem smart at the time but they want to see how dudes perform under the lights in certain situations so they can grow.
The hitting/fielding lineup seems mostly solidified but the coaches are still trying to learn about the pitching IMO.
