I'm old enough to remember when that kid who was playing shortstop for LSU in the CWS went 0 and forever and we were being scolded on this board that we should NEVER talk about a kid who wears the LSU jersey. Cut to a dynamic athlete giving the #9 Va Tech team 19 and 9 and providing toughness and excitement to a sport you're only writing about because of this player...and all of a sudden you're hyper-technical about her future prospects in a professional sport you have no intentions of watching. Almost seems like a lot of you would rather see LSU fail then have a natty with Angel Reese as head of the team. Strange.

She is awkward physically. She is no Simone. There are better athletes on this team than her. She did look better after the rust knocked off. But I don't get that little underhand shot under the goal
