"mind boggling"

get your informal adjectives in line the next time you try your very best to make a comeback at someone that has a different opinion from you.

Instead of "blaming" spellcheck do your research on the rosters that Dale Brown brought out to the PMAC those last four years.

bless your heart with your Captain Nostradamus reference points.

Is that the absolute best comeback you have?
acting like a 13 year old kid name calling......I bet your disrespect is similar to your jump shot...downright comical.

Wake the hell up, Dale Brown got LSU in deep shite with the Lester Earl Saga, and continued to recruit awful players such as Adam Walton! Quite possibly you don't remember the kids were coming on board back then. Sure he got Randy but guess what, Randy never materialized. Continue please with your 5th grade level name calling it certainly shows your IQ level.

PS it's mind boggling not mind bogging you full blown retard.
While I appreciate all of this, let's get to my actual points.

You had 2 contentions:

1. Dale sucked as a coach and should have been fired in 1992 when Shaq went pro. LSU made the NCAAT the season after Shaq went pro.
2. Randy Livingston, whose enrollment was a year away from the "fire Dale Brown year" and blew out his knee at LSU is irrelevant.

Then as examples, you use 3 different scenarios to state Dale's teams lost key players and made an Elite Eight and two Final Fours.

Doesn't that undermine your first contention?

And how did you know that 1.5 years after you said we should have fired Dale, Randy Livingston, the #1 recruit in the nation, would blow out his knee - and it wouldn't matter - because program was done?

Anytime you want to take an IQ test, I'll put whatever $$ is reasonable for you on it, but I don't want to steal your money.

Back in the day, highly intelligent people would give you a lollipop and pat you on the head, keep your chin up, there are other things.

You see the sad thing about a guy like you is in about 20 years you're going to start coming up with facts of your own. One, you probably never have gotten punched in the face.....two you probably never hit a jump shot from the left wing. I'll take your lolli pop and beat you like a red headed step child with it before you can say your sorry...so please bring your IQ tester and put your money where your mouth is. Anytime! Any place!

Is there a place we can vote on “worst basketball takes” hall of fame?

Cause this retroactive “fire-Dale-the-season-after-Shaq” stuff is legend.

This is laughable. Good Will Hunting reference from someone that clearly doesn't understand how evidence and reasoning support and strengthen a position.

At least I'm getting threatened to be punched in the face. That's much nicer than me questioning your reasoning skills.

Today is my birthday and I'm about to enjoy a 4-day weekend, so we can set something up next week to test intelligence. I'm thinking Wonderlic has online tests. As far as money, as much as you want.

I put my money where my mouth is all the time on TD.

Check out the FF board and you'll know better than that.

I do need to figure out this strategy for a quick second income. Find the posters that question my intelligence and bait them enough into an IQ test for money. I think this could work initially for a bit, but then ringers would come in and my ~145 would be completely crushed.

I'm broke between a freshman at LSU, one just starting school and hoping to retire in the next 15 years all I can offer is an elbow to the chest on the low block if you attempt a finger roll.

Aight.

I can accept that and was genuinely about to offer an out and olive branch. I don't have ill will man.

I know you care about LSU MBB. I can see it in your posts.

Crazy enough, I am not your enemy.

I'm the enemy of misinformation and people just making up or regurgitating LSU MBB talking points.

I was in the 5th grade for CJ's freshman year.

One of my childhood best friends was poor as dirt growing up. His mom had a 13" colored TV in the living room. He called me on my parents house phone to tell me LSU had a freshman guard that was the best in the country. I asked mom If I could ride my bike over to watch the game with him. My love for the hardwood boys started that day.

I've said this before, but I met Shaq outside of Fred's when both of us were (corrected spelling, lol) visiting campus. Neither of us were enrolled in 1988. And I (terrible grammar) was truly booking classes on the PMAC floor with CJ his Soph year - my freshman 1989.

You could walk into TS around that time and PMAC was much different.

Nostalgia.

i'm a sucker for all things nostalgic from that era.

I still fill it around campus.

Every time I enter the north gates and have a beer at the chimes I'm reminded of days gone by. My uncles, my dad, are no longer with us but were die hard fans too.

We watched so many games on Jefferson Pilot. I know it's cliche' but those were better days.

Just to clarify I never said losing Reed would prevent this team from doing anything . I said he would make a difference and he would. I believe we beat SMU and Vandy with him. This team can still achieve something if chest and Collins can develop quickly. And the freshmen mature during the first half of the season. They can beat TAM. But it will take one of their best games and tone down the TO. This team can play great defense. Need to solve the scoring droughts.

I will continue to say that how we adjust to handling physicality will determine how we fair the rest of the season as the book is out on us in the regard. We did better vs. Arky but I think they are in that same boat as us in that they are not a very physical team and we were able to stay with them in that regard.

A&M is typically a very tough minded and physical team under Buzz, let's see how we handle that.
