It’s closed. They have nothing...except tax dollars to waste following around a fricking basketball coach I guess

The FBI? There never was an investigation into Will Wade.

The NCAA? They already gave up their investigation and punted to some 3rd party investigators.

So its as good as dead now but certain “media” people have some personal motives to continue kicking that dead horse.

Late last summer Dellenger said on BR radio that it would be somewhere in the 6-12 month range. By that time line it would be sometime between now and the start of next basketball season.

I'm sorry that Mr. Dellenger's information bores you. You should contact him and tell him to do better.

Never. It's over but no way they allow that to be released

Will Wade is an innocent man

No it’s not. The third party that will announce its findings and assign potential penalties has not done so yet.

I didn’t say anything would happen. The OP was asking when there will be closure on the case

The day after LSU fires Will Wade. Otherwise it will always hang over LSU’s head. No one will ever forget the words “strong arse offer” and “the Smart thing.”

The first of these NCAA IARP cases is the Memphis/James Wiseman/Penny Hardaway case. It wss announced in March 2020. There has been no resolution or even announced progress one year later.

If this can be used as a time template for the Wade case, I would be surprised if anything is resolved soon. The arbitration panel must finish it's investigation and make recommendations to the NCAA, I believe. Those could be for dismissal or for violations to be made. If violations made, I think LSU and Wade are given time to respond. The panel then makes decisions based on this process. If I am correct on this process, it appears that the case is unlikely to be resolved in 2021.

When the finally get him..... maybe he can jaywalk and give them what they want. Seriously, they can investigate as long as they want. Ask ole Dale.
