If tweet fails to load, click here. Why does everything become about race
His life must be miserable

It's the only way he can stay relevant. He fits right in at CNNESPN

I am so tired of Ryan Clark!

I saw the title and thought what has RC Slocum done now?
Posted on 12/11/25 at 3:23 pm to Jim bean xxx
LOL imagine if anyone but a black guy said this. They’d be getting crucified. Can ESPN fire this idiot

In today’s world you best be hiring the most qualified person you can find regardless of any other traits. As far as person of any race, religion or whatever, all of us make mistakes and screw ups. That really has nothing to do with anything but the individual. Screw what RC says!

north african arabs and south african boers are also "african americans" if they came here.
not just blacks. how about just call the man an "black american"? or a "black man"?

Meh hes saying that Sherrone had a responsibility and failed to meet it. There aren't a lot of black head coaches at high profile universities - and when you get one this aint the way to lose the job. Mel Tucker too.
Its one thing when Petrino did it - theres plenty of white coaches - that doesnt effect other white coaches ability to get another job. It just effects his.
The acts of Tucker and Moore damage black coaches in general. Or at least, thats the way some people, RC included, see it.
This is the least of his race baiting opinions.

Imagine letting skin color take up that much time in your head. He is an all time idiot.

Agreed. This is honestly the first time I’ve been able to see and understand RC’s point in a debate.

That’s the Ryan Clark way

Well, its true. He didn't deserve the job, and now hes proven that.
So yes, fewer black unqualified coaches will get the same chance.
IF, and I have no idea but IF he gre up listening to rap music, etc. If he did, he has a lifetime full of lyrics and worshipped artists who sing about hos and this kinda of behavior. So here he sits, on top of the world with a bunch of money and falls victim to his success

This can be true while also being true that race takes up wayy too much space in his personal ethos or whatever. Broken clocks and all that.
Hard to blame the haters when he sewed the seeds himself.
What I find funny is the lack of self-awareness across the entire culture wars. The people who screamed DEI & snow bunny within a minute of the news breaking are as bad as RC, and RC is (generally) as bad as those ppl.
Neither of them will ever be able to see it.
They are all the same

He's a f**king moron. Does he realize how many white coaches have had affairs at their jobs. Like just about every coach ever at LSU.

no one ever FAILS the black community. the opportunities will always be there.
IF MOORE failed them, then that's it...pack it up forever, but Ryan knows he's being rhetorical with his failure comment. he's setting up his next race attack when 'his' guys aren't chosen.
