Edwards-Helaire (5'8/209) is a powerful back with a low center of gravity, which is ideal for that part of the field. That won't change in 2019, but his overall workload will be determined by how good five-star RB John Emery is. All indications are that Emery is a future star, though it's worth noting how consistent Edwards-Helaire was last year as a runner and receiver.

I’m hoping to see us spread teams out near the goal line. Seems pretty likely given the new offensive scheme, but you never know.

I would not have expected that given our struggles in the red zone.

CEH is a bowling ball, and from what I can tell he is determined to be the best bowling ball he can be.

mad props to him.

Why? They have similar builds and similar running style? He reminds me of Hillard as well.

For those of us who are old enough to have watched both players, what he said is 100% accurate. I am not slamming the guy but he so far has not shown anything close to the talent that Dalton displayed. Dalton was better as a true freshman than what Clyde is now.

He didnt say CEH was better, he said CEH reminded him of Hilliard. Any player can remind someone of another player. Its a human trait or is that not politically correct anymore either?

For his career Dalton Hilliard averaged 4.6 yards per carry and a touchdown every 20 carries. So far CEH has averaged 4.4 yards per carry and a touchdown every 22 carries. Those stats are extremely close.

CEH reminds me of MJD, who reminds me of MJ, who reminds me of OBJ, who reminds me of LBJ, who reminds me of LT2, who reminds me of RG3, who reminds me of CP3, who reminds me of AP, who reminds me of APO, who reminds me of "Coach Eaux", who reminds me of "Coach K", who reminds me of Dr.K, who reminds me of Dr.J.

So, whenever I see Clyde Edwards-Helaire, I naturally think of Julis Erving!
