It is obvious you are still a Miles guy. I won't lecture you because if you stuck by him through the last few years, there is no changing your mind. I will say you are misguided if you don't think cam was given a set of plays or gameplan, set by Miles, that he had to work from. That became very clear over the last few years, and none clearer than the product he put on the field at Wisconsin after all that talk of change. I was so excited to be able to go to that game, and so regretful afterwards because Miles played us all.

I don't understand blaming O, etling, or E for the Florida game. Two huge blunders each by Jackson and guice prevented that from being a blowout win. Jackson gives up a 98 yard touchdown after getting best then tossed aside like a rag doll by the receiver. He then fumbles a kickoff, leading to 3 more points. The 98 yards represented almost 40% of Florida's total offence. Guice had a chance to put us up 14-3 and imo never look back, but fumbled on first down inside the 5 yard line. Then, went the wrong way with the game on the line. It was just a freakish game that sometimes happens, but Lsu still gained 400+ yards

Steve Ensminger on Coach O: 'I know he's the right man for the job'

C--if OC is good.
D--if OC is really good.
Anyone saying CLM is better than CEO must like having a .500 record in the SEC west--CLM could do no better than that for a while now.

There are a lot of people close to the program that think O is the right guy. Of course, they don't have the expert knowledge of those guys like rickdaddy and others that are on here daily preaching what a terrible hire this is, blah blah blah.
The truth is that if you look at this objectively, even if you give miles and O a wash, the replacement of cam and bdp, and holding on to aranda improved this coaching staff practically overnight, and it really isn't debatable. But, it won't stop these kids that know it all. I am excited about Lsu football, more so than I've been in a long time, and I wasn't even an O fan. Geaux Tigers.

So you take a poll and when someone gives you their opinion you disagree with them because they didn't bash Miles. Ok got it.

I was probably one of the bigger Miles supporters through it all. When he promised to change and I spent $3,500 to go watch that same ole' offense, I was done. If you don't think miles was killing the program with his stubbornness, that is your opinion and you are entitled to it. I asked a question on here. I'm still entitled to give my opinion. Fwiw, I think we are somewhere between C and D.

It's ok to have your own thoughts, it's not ok to believe everyone thinks like you.
I loved Coach Miles and I was relieved when he was let go.
This team was never getting to play championships with him as coach.
I thank him for service here and being honorable.
But it was time for change.
There's no way to rate the staff without seeing the product they put on the field.
If you want me to rate Aranda.....A+

At the very least the team isn't completely worn out by half time. Coach O changed that
Ridiculas schedule in practice running 100 plays that were never used??? The team looks like it makes adjustments on the fly not just at half time.

D.
Pretty evident Miles was going through the motions after watching the Wisconsin game.
Although O wasn't a home run hire, he has a hunger. I'll take that over Miles. I also believe he'll be a much better coach than his time at Ole Miss.
No BDP or Cam are also upgrades

I disagree here. Miles held the offense back, never utilized his offensive talent, and would not gameplay against other teams weaknesses. He was going to do it this way, his style and the heck with everyone else. Just my opinion, but there is no way the offensive strategy can go anywhere but up. Also, special teams are the same way.

Didn't realize again this wasnt an opinion poll but a bash Miles thread.

Again, I was one of the biggest supporters of miles. This isn't a bash Miles thread at all. If you call bashing him saying he was too stubborn to change his offense. Ok. He did great things at Lsu. I'm glad he was here. He wasn't a very good coach the last few years because he refused to adapt to a changing game, so imo O will be at the very least no worse than miles, and he has better coordinators.

Once Miles and Cam were canned, the immediate and primary objective was to find a way to keep Aranda.
Even Alleva couldn't screw that up.
We had a great DC.
We have a promising OC.
Until Da Coach O proves himself as HC, the program and its fans will continue to emphasize the coordinators, as much or more as the HC.
Let's hope he succeeds.

Canada is better than Cam but Coach 0 is much worse than Miles.
Ridiculous post. With Cam gone there is no way this staff is the "same". He was awful.
When Coach O annually underachieves with the best talent in the history of LSU football and can't constantly beat The Razorfags and Ole Piss then I will say he is equal to or worse than Miles. Miles did Les with more than any coach in NCAA history.
