Rate Jay Johnson’s first season

55I really don’t know. We had really high expectations preseason but we never came close to fulfilling them. I guess I’d give him a C. He really couldn’t do much with the pitching staff that Pawl left him.

LSU had to overachieve to be in the position it was in during this regional. Just couldn't finish it off. You can blame a lot of things...but when you have to score 10 runs a game to win, it puts too much stress on the batters.

on 6/6/22 at 7:06 pm to TheGhostOfBigLeeB-. Would’ve been a B for me if he didn’t steal Bianco. That was a head scratching decision and something he hasn’t done all year. That’s worrisome to make a call like that in a serious game like this.
