Well after a very disappointing end to the season, Raph Rhymes sets the LSU record for batting average in a single season at .431
His 2012 season was just the 13th in which an LSU player posted 100 or more hits, and he becomes the 10th player to do so.
Rhymes will go into the 2013 season (assuming he stays) ahead of Todd Walker by .001 for the LSU career batting record at .397
