I think that is very possible, and I hope that whoever did kick the guy in the face gets charged with battery and that whoever started this crap gets charged (and he and all of his offspring are barred from ever entering Tiger Stadium).

Anyone remember the Aussie (I think) punk that was bullying the fat kid twice his size? Kid picked him up and power bombed him on the sidewalk. Size has nothing to do in determining who the aggressor

JJ is the fat kid in this example

I'm sure the punk jumped out of his truck and started beating up on guys twice his size. Seems reasonable to me.

she is still a third part witness then. If she is not the alleged victim or the alleged attacker...then by definition she is third party. The police correctly attribute her as such.

CptBengal is correct. The use of force is permitted, but only to the extent to defend himself. The threat was over once AL was on the ground.

Regardless, charges greater than simple battery are asinine. Let the civil court figure out the he said she said crap.

Cops know that statement is wrong.

I am a career impartial 3rd party witness.

How threatening is a guy laying on the ground in the fetal position? Do you often feel threatened by babies, the elderly and the handicap as well?

What's your obsession with trying to spin JJ as not having done anything wrong? Or are you just one of the Internet idiots who likes to argue every "other side"

What was untrustworthy about the girls account from the police report?

She apparently has some connection to Lowery. The report notes that she was able to give a status on Lowery's condition some four hours after the fight.

Being the Lowery is now toxic, her account is going to questioned.

The one the police reference as third party witness?

Everyone needs to stop referring to the police report as verified truth of the incident. It only contains two accounts, one of which has been shown to be an absolute lie.

Victoria Long? Could be argued that she's not really a 3rd party to this. Is there anyone else who has come out as a third party (penn st guy on a talk show doesn't count)? Honestly asking, cause I haven't followed every twist and turn.

That's why Stone said on Wednesday they hadn't had an OBJECTIVE third party witness come forward?

Let em guess, his use of the word "objective" was wrong, and the definition in Black's is wrong too?

Man you're so smart and amazing....but you're wrong, sorry.
