Jimmy Graham def isn't terrible but he isn't the best TE in the league, imo

You are correct. When kids are 12 years old, they know exactly how to play the game. Coaching is def not needed.
Also, high school, college, and pros. Not sure the point of coaches besides wasting time for these players.
