Those aren't the same thing at all. Super Bowls, championships, etc have always been team awards. Theyre awarded to a team, not a player.

Passing yards, passing TDs, etc are universally referred to as individual stats or records.

You might as well stop trying to converse with him. Youll end up saying something that he doesnt know and he will threaten to meet you somehwere and fight. Trust me ive repeatedly tried to be cordial with him and i end up posting something that is common knowledge to peopls that know even a slight amount of football and he loses his fricking mind.

Just look at his last post. Neither one of us said that MAUCK'S rbs and wrs had nothing to do with his passing record. Im telling you, cut your losses. It will only end up with you calling him an idiot and from then on he will follow your every post. He will reply to your FACTUAL post with his OPINION and the swore he proved you wrong.

Then the way JJ played on 1/9 is mostly his fault since HE had the ball in his hands with the chance to make things happen and FAILED....

I mean they also completely dominated our offensive line from the first play until the last.

Yet Mauck has a RECORD that the other players on the team had nothing to do with???? How about his WR's and Rbs he threw those Td's to....

K. There are called individual records. That's why the WRs get receiving touchdowns.

I get it... JR was the ONLY Qb to lead LSU to back to Back 10 win seasons... Is this some kind of record??? Ricky says so... But yet THAT is NOT a team accomplishment???? AND as far as ranking LSU qb's???? Jones was great IN HIS TIME.... so was JR.. It was a different game when each played... Ricky doesn't understand that passing yards and such were way different back then... He ONLY goes by final #'s without looking at how offenses were run........

And i never said it wasnt. But you know this. Youre a level headed poster that has proven he knows his shite.

Eta: who were the 2 college qbs that had 70% completion? If you know off hand. Is it some obscure qb or something?

Not really.... Football has stats for payers... I have zero problem with that.... Cam had the greatest season in College history.... That is a FACT..... Others have had better #'s in some QB stat areas, But if ANYONE tries to say his season wasn't the BEST is STUPID..... Its some of the GREAT plays HE made that led AU to wins ..... Just like Roger Staubach had one of the greatest seasons in History in 1963... But the way the game was played was much much different.... See what I am trying to say???? Its hard to compare eras... Jones and JR can be 1A and 1B. They were both that good while playing for LSU.........

No, that is literally the definition of an opinion. Furthermore:

It was a different game when each played...

Apply it to this "fact"

No, you literally argued against yourself again

JR was miserable against AU on the road regardless of the fathom call on Brandon

He really wasn't.

Look at the Early Doucet throw and that goal line fumble at the goal line. Dude had some very bad decisions in that game. Go rewatch the decisions. Just focus on his decisions.

I agree. The play calling is what lost that game. Not the refs....
