Bert was MVP of the AFC that year, not the entire NFL if memory serves me well. And it doesn't--it was NFL.

He was the KEY to A colts team that had been down... The 1975,1976,1977 Colts offense was one of the best in football... Didn't do that well in the playoffs but you can't blame Bert for that... BTW. Were you alive back then?????

Those aren't the same thing at all. Super Bowls, championships, etc have always been team awards. Theyre awarded to a team, not a player.
Passing yards, passing TDs, etc are universally referred to as individual stats or records.

IF you want to say this, Then the way JJ played on 1/9 is mostly his fault since HE had the ball in his hands with the chance to make things happen and FAILED.... An Individual effort... Yet Mauck has a RECORD that the other players on the team had nothing to do with???? How about his WR's and Rbs he threw those Td's to....
