Lafell is the best WR in the league at this time. Sure Julio and AJ are really good, but they still have a little to learn. They do however have sky high potential and could possibly be better than Lafell is at this time in a year or two (We will see).

As for Tolliver, he has tons of potential, but I honestly think Randle will push him for the #2 spot throughout the year. Randle coming in the summer will hurt him here, as it will take some time to learn the playbook and develop some chemistry with the QB.

Tolliver, by no means is a scrub. His potential is thru the roof and could blow it up this year (We will see).

Lafell, Tolliver, and Randle all on the field at the same time will be extremely dangerous for opposing teams, especially with the best TE in the league in Dickson with a trio of the best RB in the league. It will all come down to QB play once again though (We will see).

This is not being debated. Them coming in to the tune of benching LSU's current consensus projected 1st round draft pick is the argument.

No matter which team you root for, if you are expecting freshmen to come in a displace your best receiver from the previous year, you are pulling for a shitty team.

Only you would never have had an All SEC receiver in the argument if your team was that shitty.

I think you are confusing expectations with 20/20 hindsight.

I don't think he is. He brings up a point that often bothers me. Sometimes it seems that by the time a highly touted recruit sees game time he's forgotten how to play.

Anyone catch the LSU / Alabama game last year? I'll take my chances with Julio over Lafell or Tolliver any day.

Jones and Green were thrown into the fire because they had to be, and they performed magnificently, but to say they are better than LaFell...

I don't know about that.

Lafell's a beast and should be awesome this year with the improved QB situation. Jones and Green are sick but look who was throwing them the ball...
