How did USCe do against LSU WITH Lattimore? 35 yards on 13 carries?
By the way, USCe hasn't played Auburn this year, nor did they even beat them last year.

You are correct it was Arky that they beat by 18, which we were only able to beat by 7 with our massive injury pool.

They may have had the better team, but did the Patriots get a redo because they lost to the 9-7 Giants? Results are what matters, and LSU got screwed last season.

Because the Chicken Bowl is behind 4 other bowls on selecting its SEC team. In essence the bowls are saying that LSU is 6th in pecking order for bowl games even though they are 7th in the BCS.

At the same time, I am truly shocked to see the SEC office at the center of this year's SEC bowl selections. Pushing aTm at the Cotton, or the loser of the SECCG, and then us to the chickin bowl, is really, really infuriating. If I were Miles or Aleva, at the next SEC meeting, I'd be screaming.
Last year we caught lightning in a bottle with the HB who excited the nation and captured worldwide attention. This year we ground out 10 wins with no superstar, no high level QB play, and a defense that faded down the stretch. Bowl games want eyeballs, and LSU is not a pretty team to watch.
